How can we help?

PrepFlow is an advanced academic preparation platform designed to empower students and institutions through intelligent quiz generation, personalized learning paths, and comprehensive analytics.

PrepFlow is built for students preparing for exams and coursework, as well as educators looking to streamline assessment creation.

No download is required — PrepFlow runs entirely in your browser. If you'd like an app-like experience, you can optionally install it as a Progressive Web App on your phone or computer, but everything works fully without installing anything too.

You can reset your password from the login page. An email with a reset link will be sent to the address associated with your account.

No, individual accounts are meant for single users so your progress and analytics stay accurate. Sharing an account can corrupt your learning history and skew your stats, including your global ranking.

Questions are pulled from the topic you select, and the number you can choose scales with how many questions actually exist for that topic — so you'll never be offered more questions than are available.

MCQ (Multiple Choice) questions have a single correct answer. MSQ (Multiple Select) questions can have more than one correct answer, and you need to select all of them to get the question right.

Yes — PrepFlow includes a dedicated flashcard deck for practicing key concepts before you attempt a full quiz on a topic.

Your global ranking reflects how your quiz performance compares to other PrepFlow users across the topics you've attempted, so it updates as you and others complete more quizzes.

PrepFlow has 2 plans: PrepFlow Annual Access — ₦5,000 a year (no AI tools); PrepFlow Pro — ₦25,000 a year (AI tools, 30 requests a day). Every plan includes all quizzes, flashcards, practical questions and analytics for your department; the plans differ only in the AI study tools. Each is a one-time payment — no recurring monthly charges.

Payments are processed securely through Paystack, which supports debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD.

Yes. Open Profile → Upgrade plan. You only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one, and your expiry date stays the same.

On Pro and Premium you get AI explanations of the questions you got wrong, Flo — an AI study coach you can chat with about any of your courses — and AI marking of your written answers to practical questions. Each explanation, Flo reply or graded answer counts as one AI request toward your plan's daily allowance. See the documentation for details.

Yes — every plan can be tried free for 24 hours. After verifying your email, tap Try a free 24-hour demo under any plan to use PrepFlow exactly as that plan would, on a Nigerian Current Affairs demo course. You can leave and come back any time within the 24 hours.
