Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of PrepFlow, operated by R-Code Technologies. By registering for an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use PrepFlow.

Eligibility

PrepFlow is built for students preparing for coursework and exams. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information — your real name, a working email address, and your actual registration number and department. Registering with someone else's information, or on someone else's behalf without their consent, isn't allowed.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. A few things to know about how accounts work on PrepFlow:

• Each account is for one person — please don't share your login with anyone else.
• Only one session can be active at a time. Logging in on a new device signs you out everywhere else automatically.
• You can update your profile details, or permanently delete your account and quiz history, at any time from your Profile page.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately.
• If you create or join a Group Practice session, your name, score, and completion time for that session are visible to everyone else in that same session — never to anyone outside it.

Subscriptions & Payments

Full access to PrepFlow requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely through Paystack at the price displayed to you at the time of purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, or a payment shows as failed despite your card being charged, contact us using the details below before attempting to pay again — we can usually confirm and fix this from our side quickly.

Acceptable Use

When using PrepFlow, you agree not to:

• Share, sell, or publish quiz questions, explanations, or other platform content outside PrepFlow.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the platform.
• Attempt to bypass, probe, or disrupt the platform's security or normal operation.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any institution.
• Use PrepFlow for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm other users or the platform.
• Use Group Practice invite links to spam, harass, or share access with people outside your own university — as the host of a group session, you're responsible for who you invite.

Content & Ownership

All quiz questions, explanations, course material, and other content on PrepFlow belong to R-Code Technologies or its content contributors, and are provided for your personal study use only. Your own account data — like your name and quiz history — remains yours; we simply store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms — for example, for sharing login credentials, abusing the platform, or providing false registration information. You're always free to stop using PrepFlow, or permanently delete your account, at any time.

Disclaimer

PrepFlow is a study aid intended to help you practice and identify gaps in your knowledge. It does not guarantee any particular exam result, grade, or outcome. The platform is provided "as is," and while we work to keep it accurate and available, we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R-Code Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PrepFlow, including exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use PrepFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
